If you live outside Fort Ward
Through an interlocal agreement with the City of Bainbridge Island, KCSD#7 provides sewer treatment for several neighborhoods outside of Fort Ward, including Emerald Heights, Lynwood Center, Point White, Pleasant Beach and Rockaway Beach.

KCSD#7 has no employees; instead, we contract for district management, wastewater treatment plant operations and bookkeeping and billing.
